Please note that larger spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability. In the event that a downsizing is necessary, we will inform you in the same email reply.

Gaming spaces are exclusively available to NGOs or gaming communities. Please note that these spaces are intended for promoting gaming activities and fostering community engagement. As such, the sale of goods, products, or competition entrance fees on-site is strictly prohibited. We encourage applicants to use these spaces to showcase their passion for gaming and connect with attendees in a non-commercial capacity other then promoting their Organization.
